We just got back from the Junior National's in Lebanon Ohio. It was an excellent shoot, beautiful field and great weather. The people running it were great. Here is how members of the Reading Archery JOAD program fared:

Bowman Recurve, William Byrnes, 5th place with a 1271 FITA

Bowman Compound, Jonathan Manalo, 1st place with a 1385

Cadet Recurve, Daniel Goshorn, 11th in the FITA with an 1153.   8th place finish in the Olympic Round, knocked out in the 1/4 finals

Junior Compound, Jed Cylcewski, 13th in the FITA with an 1198     13th place finish in the Olympic Round, knocked out in the 1/16th

The Championship was determined by the Olympic Round except for the Bowman. The Bowman Champ was the winner of the FITA round. The Bowmen did not shoot an Olympic Round. The FITA round (for the Cubs, Cadets, and Juniors) was only used to determine the brackets for the Olympic Round.
